The Legal Recruitment Coordinator provides support and assistance to the firm’s lateral recruitment program.


Main Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the lateral recruitment team on all aspects of lateral associate hiring, including responding to resume submissions, creating candidate files, maintaining profiles in the recruiting database, processing invoices, scheduling interviews and interfacing with candidates, recruiters and attorneys at the firm throughout the recruitment process.
-Work closely with outside immigration counsel on obtaining and renewing H-1B, TN, J-1 and other visas for incoming and existing attorneys.
-Provide support during the summer associate program and on-campus recruiting/callback season as needed and assigned.
-Perform other related tasks and provide general departmental support as needed and assigned.


Required Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
-Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to interface with professionals at various levels.
-Must possess strong written, communication and organizational skills and must exercise discretion and judgement.
-Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Availability to work overtime on certain occasions.
