The Legal Recruiting Intern is responsible for assisting in various aspects of the summer associate program including the assigning and review process and social event preparation.  Assist in the campus interview preparation process involving organizing and compiling materials and hospitality suite boxes, as well as helping with the in-office interview process which involves compiling information for candidate interview files, greeting and walking candidates to interviews and other administrative duties.


  • Assist in the preparation of summer associate mid-summer and final review packets
  • Gather feedback on summer associate assignments
  • Assist with candidate interview experience including callback scheduling process
  • Compile feedback from incoming and outgoing summer associates regarding recruiting efforts
  • Collaborate on varied projects with Legal Personnel and Professional Development department as needed
  • Assist with other duties as assigned



  • Current college student or college graduate
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere while taking direction from multiple people
  • Fluency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be client-service oriented
  • Flexibility to adjust hours to meet departmental needs
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills



  • Prior experience in a law firm or college administrative office
  • Interest in the legal field
