The Recruiting Assistant will support the initiatives of the Recruiting Department, including, but not limited to summer associate and new attorney recruiting, the implementation of the summer associate program, campus outreach and Firm programs as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparation of interview materials; scheduling of interviews; correspondence with candidates; entry, maintenance, and auditing of candidate and departmental data; administration of candidate correspondence; assist with school-specific campus outreach, including tracking of sponsorships and student group activities attending and supporting Firm-wide events; tracking RSVPs; Assist in various department projects as needed.

•Available for OT when needed, especially during peak season (May through September).
