The New York City Recruitment Association ("NYCRA") is an association of law firm recruitment professionals in the New York City area. Founded in 1990, NYCRA strives to promote the professional development of its membership by hosting regular meetings, educational programs, instructive panels and social events designed to create a forum for ideas and foster a network of camaraderie within our legal industry.
