The New York City Recruitment Association (“NYCRA”) is an association of law firm recruitment, professional development, and legal personnel professionals in the metropolitan New York area. Founded in 1990, NYCRA strives to promote professional development among its members by hosting regular meetings, educational programs, instructive panels and social networking events, designed to create a forum for ideas and foster a network of camaraderie within the legal industry.
