Overview:
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly-motivated Assistant, Entry-Level Recruiting to provide support to the New York office’s recruiting team, as well as provide support to the firm-wide legal recruiting team in all aspects of entry-level recruitment.
Responsibilities:
The Assistant will play an integral role in the summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs (including but not limited to: registering for OCI and maintaining files and candidate correspondence, scheduling candidate interviews and follow up, assist with the coordination of the summer associate.

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of one year of experience in a professional services office environment and previous legal recruitment experience is preferred
Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service
Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential
Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality
Flexibility and ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines and communicate progress on assignments
Advanced user in Microsoft Office
Strong computer and technical skills

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City market is expected to range between $50,000 and $60,000. This range represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
