Overview:

Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join our New York office.

Responsibilities:

  • General recruiting and miscellaneous departmental administration
  • Assist with events hosted by recruiting department
  • Assist with aspects of lateral and fall recruiting as well as the summer program
  • Support Legal Recruiting staff as needed
  • Ability to learn new databases/programs (i.e. LawCruit, SharePoint, Appointment Plus)
  • Maintain and research market industry standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Recent college graduate
  • Must be able to work on a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Flexibility to limited travel
  • Flexible hours and ability to work overtime to meet needs of the department
